Using the site

The site uses readable text, labelled form fields, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus indicators and text explanations of quote calculations. Motion is reduced when your device requests reduced motion. Browser zoom can enlarge text. Optional analytics can be refused without affecting an enquiry.

Requesting information another way

Email contact@sunshinecleaningderbyshire.co.uk to discuss a clean or ask for information in an alternative format. You do not need to complete the calculator or chat to enquire. Tell us what format or communication arrangement would help; please do not send medical details unless they are necessary for an agreed adjustment.

Report a problem

Describe the page, the task you were trying to complete and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology involved. We will consider the issue and reasonable adjustments and tell you how we can help. You can also use our complaints route.

Our approach

We use WCAG 2.2 AA as a design and testing target. This is not a claim that every page and every assistive-technology combination has been independently certified. We review access as the website changes and welcome feedback on barriers.
