Our cleaning service terms.

A clear scope, an agreed price and a practical plan for your property.

Last updated 6 October 2026.

Enquiry, estimate and booking

The website calculator provides a provisional estimate based on your selections. Sending a quote request, contract enquiry or chat message does not confirm availability, reserve a slot, take payment or create a cleaning contract. We check the property, tasks, access and timing before confirming.

A booking is agreed when we and you accept the written service details and total price. The confirmation must identify the service provider and contact address, the work and exclusions, visit arrangements, payment terms, applicable cancellation rights and any agreed extras. These terms form part of a booking only when included in that agreement. Existing agreements are not changed retrospectively by updating this page.

The work and price

The agreed checklist defines the clean. A fixed job price covers the agreed work rather than customer billing by the hour. The written quote gives the total payable, including VAT where applicable, and explains any charges that cannot reasonably be calculated until further details are known. Optional extras must be agreed; we will not add new work or charges without your agreement.

Our usual enquiries concern kitchens, bathrooms, accessible surfaces, floors and agreed presentation checks. Internal fridge/cupboard cleaning and bed changes are extras by arrangement. Oven, carpet, exterior-window and specialist cleaning are excluded unless a separate written agreement expressly includes them.

Holiday-let and hotel quotes are property-specific. Checkout/check-in windows, linen supply, laundering, restocking, weekends, same-day turnaround, shared areas and issue reporting must be agreed. A submitted requirement is not a promise of cover.

Preparing the property and access

Please provide accurate room counts, condition and task information, and arrange the access agreed for the visit. Empty a fridge or cupboard when internal cleaning is included; have agreed clean linen available for bed changes. Tell us about relevant surface-care instructions, fragile items, pets and practical safety concerns before the clean. Arrange access codes or key handovers through an appropriate private method, not the public website chat.

We may discuss a revised plan or stop unsafe work where the actual conditions differ materially, access is unavailable or a task needs specialist equipment. We will explain the issue and agree any alternative work, price or reasonable cancellation arrangements. We will not impose an undisclosed automatic penalty.

Payment

The booking confirmation and invoice state the amount, payment method and due date. This website does not take payment or collect payment-card details. No deposit or cancellation charge is created merely by submitting an enquiry. Any proposed deposit or cancellation arrangement must be disclosed, agreed and fair, and must respect statutory consumer rights.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to change a visit. We review availability before confirming a new date or scope. Please read our cancellation and refund information, including consumer cooling-off rights and the separate agreement needed for an early start.

If we cannot provide an agreed visit, we will tell you promptly and discuss a replacement or cancellation. We refund payments for services we do not provide, subject to any separate lawful agreement for work already completed. We do not substitute a different service or price without agreement.

If something is wrong

We provide consumer services with reasonable care and skill. Tell us promptly about a concern, ideally with the visit date and enough detail to understand it. Where the service does not meet your statutory rights, the law can require repeat performance at no additional cost, or an appropriate price reduction where repeat performance is impossible or cannot be completed within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience.

Please use our complaints procedure. A request to contact us promptly is not a deadline that removes legal rights. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or liabilities the law does not allow us to exclude.

Business customers

Commercial property managers and hotels should agree the property checklist, service levels, responsibilities, payment and cancellation arrangements in their written contract. Consumer cooling-off provisions apply only when you are legally a consumer and the relevant conditions are met. Business representatives still have the data protection rights relevant to their personal information.

Using the website

Use the website and chat for genuine cleaning enquiries. Do not misuse the service, submit another person’s sensitive information without authority or try to access private records. Site content and estimates may be updated; your accepted booking agreement determines the service and price for that booking. Our privacy notice explains information use.

Applicable law and your rights

Our Derbyshire cleaning service operates in England. Agreements are subject to the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring proceedings in a court where the law entitles you to do so. Nothing on this website limits your statutory rights.
