Include your name, a contact method, the visit/reference if relevant, what happened and the outcome you would like. These details help us investigate; a missing reference does not prevent a complaint. Please do not include access codes, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive information.

Cleaning-service complaints

We review the concern, ask for relevant information where needed and explain the outcome and any proposed remedy. We keep you informed if investigation takes longer. The service terms explain statutory service remedies; contacting us does not limit your legal rights.

If a complaint remains unresolved, we provide any information about applicable alternative dispute resolution that the law requires for the arrangements relevant to the business. This page does not claim membership of a scheme or an agreement to use a particular provider.

Data protection complaints

Put “Data protection complaint” in the email subject if possible. We acknowledge the complaint within 30 days, make appropriate enquiries without undue delay, keep you informed and explain our outcome and any corrective action. We keep a proportionate record of the complaint and its handling.

You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You can also call its helpline on 0303 123 1113. The privacy notice explains our processing and your rights.

Requests about your information

An access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability request is handled under the applicable data protection rules, normally within one calendar month. We explain any lawful exception or extension. Please identify the record or conversation as far as you can; we may make a proportionate identity check before disclosing personal information.

Accessibility and help making a complaint
