Sunshine Cleaning uses this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and keep track of the conversation. The forms do not sign you up to marketing, book a visit or take payment.

Website chat

An essential browser cookie lets you return to your conversation for up to 30 days. Clearing cookies or changing browser may prevent you reopening it. Messages remain saved for the team; cookie expiry does not delete them. Replies are shown in the website chat, with no automatic email or phone notification.

Owner sign-in

The private dashboard uses an essential sign-in cookie that expires after eight hours. Owner passwords are stored as salted hashes, not readable passwords. Sign-out invalidates the current session; changing login details invalidates other sessions.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the management dashboard is restricted to authorised business administrators. This website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure to operate. Temporary request counters help prevent spam.
