Before we confirm
We’ll check property size, access, checkout and check-in times, frequency and the cleaning required. Laundry, consumables, same-day turnaround and weekend cover must be agreed separately. A request does not reserve a slot or guarantee cover.

What can a changeover clean include?
Kitchen and bathroom cleaning, floors, accessible surfaces and the agreed presentation checks. Bed changes can use your supplied linen. Share your guest checklist so the quote reflects what your property needs.
Can you clean between checkout and check-in?
Send the departure and arrival times, property size and dates you need. We review the available window before agreeing a visit. Same-day turnaround and weekend cover need separate confirmation.
Is laundry or restocking included?
Laundry, consumables and restocking are agreed separately. Tell us who supplies and launders the linen, where clean sets are kept and which items you want checked. The quote will describe the agreed arrangements.
How much does holiday-home cleaning cost?
Contracts are quoted for your property, rather than using the domestic calculator. The price depends on rooms, tasks, linen arrangements and visit frequency. Request a fixed-price contract quote with those details.
