Do you charge by the hour?
No. We agree a fixed price for the work. The calculator estimates the price from your service, rooms and extras; we confirm the final scope before booking.
Can I book immediately?
An enquiry does not reserve a slot. We check the location, work required and schedule with you before confirming a visit.
What if I live just outside these areas?
Email your postcode to contact@sunshinecleaningderbyshire.co.uk or use the website chat. Coverage outside the named areas must be confirmed individually.
Can you handle same-day holiday-let changeovers?
Tell us the checkout and next arrival times. Same-day turnaround, weekends, laundry and consumables need to be agreed separately; availability is not guaranteed.
