A one-off clean offers a single visit without a recurring schedule. A deep clean allows for a more involved reset. Neither is an unlimited service: we agree the exact checklist, property condition and price before the job.

Build your checklist

Start with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces. Let us know about larger rooms or extra build-up so the estimate reflects the work. You can request inside-fridge cleaning, cupboards in one kitchen, bedding changes or pet-hair removal as priced extras.

What is excluded?

Oven, carpet, exterior-window, hazardous and specialist cleaning are outside our standard packages. A deep clean is not a deposit-return guarantee or a specialist end-of-tenancy service. Tell us about unusual requirements before booking so we can confirm what is possible.

How much does a deep clean cost?

Our pricing page shows current base packages and room supplements. Use the calculator for an itemised estimate. The final fixed job price is confirmed after reviewing your details; extra work requires agreement before it starts.
